Day 2
Today I made biscuit rasberry tarts (you can do it too with other fruits). And here is the recipe 🙂
You need:
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons warm water
- 90g sugar
- 120g flour
- 1/2 teaspoon backingsoda
- a brise salt
- rasberrys

First you need the sugar, the eggs, the warm water and the salt. Just put it all together …

…and then put all together into the mixer (a few minutes). When it’s finish it should look like this 🙂

Then stir the flour with the bakingsoda in.


Fill the dough into a muffinform (but not completly to the edge)….

… If it’s all done put it in the oven for 10-12 min. and 180°-200° C.
After this it should look like this …

If you want you can decorate it too…
