Hi , Today I will show you how to make these cute easter eggs:)

What you need:

  • onion skin
  • eggs
  • water
  • old nylon stockings
  • thread
  • plant leaves

First up you fill one pot with cold water and wait until it is cooking.

While you are waiting for the water to cook, you take an egg and put one plant leave on it. Beware that the leave lies with the face-side on the egg. Then you take the nylon stocking and strech it over the egg like this…..

After that you take the thread and make a knot at the end like this…..

Do this with all your eggs. Let the onion skin in the cooking water for about 15 min to get all the colour out of the skin. After this take a sieve and screen out the onion skin.

Then you can cook your eggs in the colored water for 10 minutes. They should look like this, then you can take them out of the water.

When they are cool enough you can take of the nylon stocking and the plant leaving and it should look like this…..

And now you are finished
